2. User Responsibilities & AI Liability

• You are entirely responsible for the actions, purchases, and requests executed by any AI agent or automated system connected to your APPAYS account.
• While we enforce the spending limits you configure through our dashboard, we are not liable for the suitability, legality, or outcome of the items or services purchased by your AI.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to purchase illegal goods, launder money, or conduct any fraudulent activity.

3. Third-Party Payment Processors

Financial transactions, card issuance, and fund custody are handled by heavily regulated third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). By using APPAYS, you are also subject to the Terms of Service and legal compliance requirements (such as AML/KYC checks) of our third-party banking and issuing partners.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPAYS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services, third-party unauthorized access to your account, or actions taken by your connected AI agents.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
